The City's Stormwater Management Division performs systematic maintenance of over 120 miles of stormsewer pipes and 7700 catch basins. The Stormwater Management Division seeks an experienced environmental professional. This incumbent will be responsible for coordinating and enforcing compliance with the environmental regulations relating to the Stormwater and/or Erosion and Sediment Control Ordinances.
Qualified candidates will possess: Education and experience equivalent to a BS Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering or other related field with at least 2 years of experience in sediment and erosion control. On-site water sampling field equipment skills are required. GIS software application skills are preferred. A valid Drivers License is required.
Salary Range: $41,483 - $62,225. Minimum starting salary depends on qualifications. Excellent benefits package.
