Executive Director, Bayfield Regional Conservancy

The Bayfield Regional Conservancy is seeking an executive director to oversee all aspects of BRC’s activities including land conservation, organizational and policy development, staff oversight, Board and Committee support, and fundraising. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferably in a natural resources related program, experience with conservation easements, fundraising, non-profit management, strong written and oral communication skills, familiarity with computer applications and office systems. Compensation: $35,000-$40,000, plus benefits, depending on qualifications and experience.
