Director of Development, Dutchess Land Conservancy

Dutchess Land Conservancy (DLC), Millbrook, NY, is seeking a full time Director of Development to manage all aspects of a not for profit fundraising program. Direct fundraising/marketing experience, knowledge of annual giving campaigns, special events, corporate and foundation grants, capital campaigns, membership, marketing, public relations, communications and outreach. Experience with non-profits or land trusts, working with a Board of Directors, committees, staff and volunteers; strong interpersonal, writing, and organizational skills; detail oriented; proficiency in Microsoft Word, data base management (E-Tapestry), Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher (Indesign a plus).
