The Bonneville Environmental Foundation (BEF) is seeking to fill a new position—Marketing & Public Relations Coordinator. BEF is a resourceful, non-profit foundation that thinks like an innovative business. We’re looking for a like-minded person to support our marketing outreach efforts for our Solar 4R Schools program and public relations for the foundation.
Position Overview:
Assist BEF’s Director of Public Relations and Marketing with all marketing and communications activities for our Project Management Group (PMG)- including our Solar 4R Schools (S4RS) team. Write and distribute press releases for BEF and its key corporate partners.
Our ideal candidate is a technologically astute self-starter with a background in marketing and/or public relations and an interest in learning more about renewable energy and environmental education. Essentially, we're looking for a marketing-savvy entrepreneur who wants to help grow a business and encourage the advancement of the renewable energy industry.
Responsibilities:
Project Management Group & Solar 4R Schools:
Develop and manage event and public outreach opportunities for approximately 50 yearly projects including:
Implement marketing & communications strategy for PMG and S4RS based on business objectives:
Devise ways to help PMG funding partners understand how the S4RS program helps them achieve their vision and make them proud of their investment in the program.

Status: Regular Employee
Exempt: Exempt
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00
