Assists in development of Use/Management Plans for the District’s preserves; conducts property/land use research and analysis; assists with planning, design, and implementation of complex capital improvement projects for public access; prepares grant applications; coordinates/develops graphics for activities, projects, and presentations; and assists in preparation of environmental documents as required by the CEQA. Equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in environmental planning, landscape architecture, natural resource management or a related field, and one year of related professional experience in planning for or implementing parks or open space projects.
